ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 307, for the improvement of Cedar Street from the north line of Everett Avenue to a point three hundred eighty (380) feet forth of the north line of Everett Avenue, by clearing and grubbing, regrading, parking, construction of concrete curbs , gutters , cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt on a suitable concrete base, grading and raking of parking strips , and doing other work in connec- tion therewith under Ordinance No. 1656 of the city of Everett, levy- ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, and fixing a date for the issuance of the bonds to be issued on account of said improvement. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of 3 Local Improvement District No. , for the improvement of Cedar Street from the north line of Everett Avenue to a point three hundred eighty (380) feet north of the north line of Everett Avenue , by clearing and grubbing, regarding, parking, construction of concrete curbs , gutters, cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt upon a suitable concrete base , grading and raking of parking strips, and other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1656 of the city of Everett as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged ti against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots,
