ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 307, for the <br /> improvement of Cedar Street from the north line of Everett Avenue <br /> to a point three hundred eighty (380) feet forth of the north line <br /> of Everett Avenue, by clearing and grubbing, regrading, parking, <br /> construction of concrete curbs , gutters , cement walks , complete <br /> drainage system, paving with asphalt on a suitable concrete base, <br /> grading and raking of parking strips , and doing other work in connec- <br /> tion therewith under Ordinance No. 1656 of the city of Everett, levy- <br /> ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts <br /> and parcels of land as shown on said roll, and fixing a date for the <br /> issuance of the bonds to be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> 3 <br /> Local Improvement District No. , for the improvement of Cedar Street <br /> from the north line of Everett Avenue to a point three hundred eighty <br /> (380) feet north of the north line of Everett Avenue , by clearing and <br /> grubbing, regarding, parking, construction of concrete curbs , gutters, <br /> cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt upon a <br /> suitable concrete base , grading and raking of parking strips, and <br /> other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1656 of the <br /> city of Everett as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby <br /> in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> ti <br /> against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same <br /> is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, <br /> and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots, <br />
