ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 306, for the improvement of Everett Avenue from Broadway to Walnut Street, by clearing and grubbing, grading, regrading, parking, construction of concrete curbs , gutters , cement walks, complete drainage system, installation of fire hydrants, paving with asphalt on a suitable con- crete foundation, grading and raking of parking strips , doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1651 of the city of Everett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a data for the issuance of bonds to be issued on account of said improvement, and providing for the sale of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 7o. 306, for the improvement of Everett Avenue from Broadway to Walnut Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading, regrading, parking, construction of concrete curbs , gutters, cement walks, complete drainage system, installation of fire hydrants, paving with asphalt upon a suitable concrete foundation, grading and raking parking strips , and doing other work in connection therewith under. Ordinance No. 1651 of the city of Everett as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots , tracts and parcels of land, and other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
