t <br /> F <br /> °Vimm,,Aishook <br /> viviw,„,„1" <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2476-00 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Fire Station <br /> Construction" Fund 341, as established by Ordinance No. 1542-88 and <br /> amended by ordinances 1825-91, 1852-92, 1890-92, and 2116-95. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Fire Station Construction", Fund 341 was established to provide for <br /> the design and construction of a new Fire Station No. 2 located at 2201 16t'' Street, a <br /> new Fire Station No. 4 located at 5920 Glenwood, and a new Fire Station No. 7 at <br /> 11221 Silverlake Road. <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 341, "Fire Station Construction" <br /> to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final expenses and revenues for "Fire Station Construction", Fund <br /> 341, are as follows: <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Construction Costs $5,176,421 <br /> Operating Transfer Out 7,941 <br /> $5,184,362 <br /> REVENUES <br /> General Fund 641,500 <br /> CIP 2 361,053 <br /> CIP 4 113,980 <br /> Certificates of Participation 3,554,218 <br /> Councilmanic Bonds 425,000 <br /> Interest Earnings 54,211 <br /> Fund 156 Criminal Justice 30,000 <br /> Fund 024 Engineering Svcs 4,400 <br /> $5,184,362 <br />
