September 24, 2025 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2508-48. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Ryan Sass from Public Works answering council questions. <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br />AYES: Bader, Rhyne, Fosse, Tuohy, Zarlingo, Schwab <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: Vogeli <br /> <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4113-25 adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PROPOSED VACATION OF ROCKEFELLER AVENUE <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Bader, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 8215 setting October 22, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. as the date and time to hear and determine <br />the petition for the proposed vacation of the remaining alleys in the block bounded by <br />Rockefeller Avenue on the west, Oakes Avenue on the east, Pacific Avenue on the north, and <br />32nd Street on the south. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Bob Leonard from Parks answering council questions. <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Vogeli who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />BRIEFING: <br /> <br /> 2026-2030 Everett Housing Strategy <br />Presented by Frank Hong, Community Development <br /> <br />Considerable discussion ensued with Frank and Julie Willie, Community Development Director, <br />answering council questions. <br /> <br />
