First of all, please pardon my ignorance, I'm the fleet manager and don't deal with this type of work
often!
checked out the link that you sent regarding what is required for the public works permit needed
for the installations and I'm hoping that you can guide me in the right direction to get the permits
taken care of.
I've attached photos of each location. 709 N. Broadway is the one with "IMG" in the file name. The
other photos are from 9021 El Capitan Way.
At El Capitan,we are installing a second pedestal and pair of chargers'/2 way between the building
and the existing chargers. We re-opened the patched trench that was made for the first charger
installation and added 2 more conduits to the trench.
The Broadway installation is new and involves a short run of buried conduit to the charger pedestal
base inside of an existing curb.
Please let me know what you need me to do to get the permits issued and signed of so Dalton can
proceed with the electrical permits.
Thanks,
Mtn" s&")Zr
CWashington State
AP Department of Transportation
Equipment Superintendent
NW Region TEF Office
4100 Cedardale Rd.
Mount Vernon, WA, 98274
(360) 848-7242
(206) 948-0135 Cell
matthew.stewart@wsdot.wa.gov
