(No valleys on garage) <br /> • Install W-valley metal in all valley locations. <br /> • Malarkey colored starter strip will be installed along perimeter of the house and garage roof top prior to <br /> 2nd layer of starter strip <br /> • Malarkey Smart Start asphalt shingles will be installed around the perimeter. <br /> • Malarkey Windsor Scotchgard Presidential will be installed. (Midnight Black) <br /> • Remove and replace vents and pipe flashings with new. Pipes will be Lead <br /> • Installation of ridge vent <br /> • 3 anchors will be installed on the house, and 2 on the garage <br /> • Full Gutter clean out <br /> • Dispose of all debris around perimeter of house <br /> * 5 year workmanship warranty will be provided on the day of roof completion & after the final <br /> invoice has been paid <br />
