October 1, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall did not have any comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8216 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,898,770.50 for the period ending September 13, 2025, through September 19, 2025. <br /> <br />CALL FOR BIDS – EDGEWATER PARK RENOVATION PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Call for Bids for the Edgewater Park Renovation Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – NUTRIENT AND CHLOROPHYLL TESTING SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2025 Professional Services Agreement with Great Lakes <br />Environmental Center, Inc., for nutrient and chlorophyll testing services. <br /> <br />SETTLEMENT – CENTURY IDEMNITY COMPANY <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Settlement Agreement and Site Release with Century <br />Indemnity Company in the form substantially as provided. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., in the <br />amount of $1,311,609. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – 2024 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PSA <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2024 Comprehensive Plan PSA Amendment No. 2 with <br />Consor, Inc., in the amount of $38,339. <br /> <br />
