October 1, 2025 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to authorize the <br />Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the PSA with Otak for Water Main Replacement Y, Phase <br />2, in the amount of $51,958. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members Bader and Vogeli, <br />who were excused. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – EVERETT TRANSIT STATION CABINET CHARGER INSTALLATION <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to authorize the <br />Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement for Engineering Services for Everett Transit’s <br />Everett Station Cabinet Charger Installation in the amount of $131,766. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members Bader and Vogeli, <br />who were excused. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING & BRIEFING: <br /> <br /> 2026 Budget Review <br />Presented by Heide Brillantes and Jamielee Graves, Finance <br /> <br />President Schwab opened the public hearing regarding the 2026 Budget Review. <br /> <br />Heide Brillantes and Jamielee Graves provided the briefing. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Heide and Jamielee answering Council questions. <br /> <br />There were no members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />
