ENGINEERING <br /> PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br /> May 29, 2024 <br /> Michael Case <br /> RE: Owner: Northshore Christian Church <br /> Job Address: 5700 23rd Dr. W Building C <br /> Plan Check Number: E2404-254 <br /> Dear Mr. Case, <br /> In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been examined and you <br /> are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. These <br /> comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2023 National Electrical <br /> Code,) (2024 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or <br /> Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated <br /> otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br /> the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. <br /> 1. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-46B- <br /> 900(3)(h). Plans are incomplete. Please include the following: remainder of the 1 line to <br /> include panels 2P1A, 2SDP2, 4MDF and 4MDP and include before and after panel schedules <br /> and loads for any panels being modified <br /> 2. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-46B- <br /> 900(3)U). If you are using NEC 220.87(1), please show all information required. <br /> If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 257-7270. Upon submittal of the <br /> drawings, your application will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence.
