Substantial work was completed in 1999. In 2000,the Shoreline Citizen's committee will hold a public workshop and hearing on the proposed draft Shoreline Master program and make recommendations to the Planning Commission on the proposed program. This request will carry forward$23,290 to cover the continuing costs of an economic development consultant, public involvement consultant, public information brochure and displays,and advertising. A Complete Count Committee was formed in 1999 and a consultant hired to begin community outreach. The outreach efforts will continue through the actual census in April 2000. This request would carry forward the balance of$15,650 to cover the costs of this work.
