SNO-ISLE TECH 2O23 SMALL WORKS Section 00 10 00, Page 1 McGRANAHAN ARCHITECTS INVITATION FOR BIDS INVITATION FOR BIDS r t Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Office of Capital Projects, Mukilteo School District No. 6, located at District Support Services Center, 8925 Airport Road, Everett, WA 98204, in Snohomish County, Washington, for the SNO-ISLE TECH 2O23 SMALL WORKS project at Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center, 9001 Airport Road, Everett 98204. Bids will be received on Form of Bid until 2:00 pm on March 28, 2023 stamped in and held. Bids will be opened and publicly read following the time set for receipt of the Form of Bid. A Bid Deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Bid is required at the time of Bid Opening and must be in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cashier's check, or certified check. Estimated construction cost: $781,000 A Non -Mandatory Pre -Bid Conference to answer questions and review the scope of work and the documents will be held at Sno-Isle Tech Skills Center on Thursday March 9th, 2023 at 2:00pm. All attendees must check in at the main office by 2:05pm. Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the office of the architect, McGranahan Architects, 2111 Pacific Avenue, Suite 100, Tacoma, WA 98402. Free -of -charge access to project Bid Documents (Plans, Specifications, Addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "Mukilteo School District". This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool. It is required that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of " future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self -Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of Addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for Addenda issued on this project.
