-1 <br />L- <br />SNO-ISLE TECH 2O23 SMALL WORKS <br />MCGRANAHAN ARCHITECTS <br />Section 00 20 00, Page 7 <br />INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br />Documentation: The apparent low Bidder shall submit a list of the public school construction projects <br />completed by Bidder within the previous four (4) years and include for each project the following information: <br />• Project Name; Owner and contact information for the Owner; <br />• Project value and scope; <br />• Contract dates for Notice to Proceed; Phased Construction Milestones (if any); Substantial Completion; <br />and, Final Completion; <br />• Actual dates for Notice to Proceed; Phased Construction Milestones (if any); Substantial Completion; and, <br />Final Completion <br />B. Project Personnel Criterion: Each prime Bidder shall employ throughout the duration of the Project a <br />Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Engineer, each of whom has experience successfully and safely <br />completing public school construction projects of similar scope and size. <br />Documentation: The apparent low Bidder shall submit a list of its proposed Superintendent, Project Manager, <br />and Project Engineer for the Project, and for each such position submit a resume of the work of the proposed <br />personnel that documents experience meeting this criterion for each during the last four (4) years, including the <br />following information: <br />• Project Name; Owner and contact information for the Owner; <br />• Project value and scope; <br />• Description of the project. <br />C. Procedural Requirements: <br />1. Bidders with concerns about the relevancy or restrictiveness of the Supplemental Bidder Responsibility <br />Criteria required in this paragraph 1.25 may make or submit requests to the Owner to modify the criteria. <br />Such requests shall be in writing, describe the nature of the concerns, and propose specific modifications <br />to the criteria that will make the criteria more relevant and/or less restrictive of competition. Bidders <br />should submit such requests via email to the Owner at least four (4) business days prior to the bid <br />submittal deadline and address the request to Shelly Henderson, Capital Projects, <br />HendersonSA@mukilteo.wednet.edu The Owner will evaluate any such requests, and if the Owner <br />decides to modify the criteria, such modification will be communicated to all bidders and plan holders via <br />issuance of an addendum at least two (2) business days prior to the time for submission of bids. If the <br />Owner determines that it will not modify its supplemental responsibility criteria, the Owner will <br />communicate such a decision via email to the prime Bidder requesting modification at least two (2) <br />business days prior to the time for submission of bids. <br />2. Within two (2) business days of bid opening, the apparent low bidder must submit to the Owner the <br />documentation required by these bidding documents for evaluation by the Owner to determine whether the <br />bidder meets the Bidder Responsibility Criteria stated in paragraphs 1.24 and 1.25 of these Instructions to <br />Bidders. In the interests of meeting a project's schedule, the Owner may also request that the next lowest <br />Bidder also submit such documentation. If a Bidder does not submit the documentation required by the <br />bidding documents to demonstrate compliance with the Bidder Responsibility Criteria stated in such <br />mcg-ARC 2120.000 February 28, 2023 <br />
