STANDARD LEASE EVERETT <br /> This Lease is made as of the date of the Mayor's signature below, between the City of <br /> Everett, a Washington municipal corporation ("Landlord"), and the Tenant identified below in <br /> the Basic Lease Provisions ("Tenant"). <br /> 1.
