In accordance with EMC 19.36.050(A)(1), a minimum lettering height of 6" is required for the primary <br /> tenant or entity for readability.The proposed sign face appears to have lettering which does not meet this <br /> requirement. Please update the proposed signage to demonstrate conformance. <br /> Resubmittal instructions for online applications are outlined here.
