SITE PREPARATION NOTES: <br />1. VERIFY SITE CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. NOTIFY THE PROJECT MANAGER OF ANY <br />VARIATION PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. <br />2. BEFORE ANY LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITY BEGINS, DOWN -SLOPE AND SLOPE -PERIMETER EROSION <br />AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES MUST BE IN PLACE AND MEETING BEST MANAGEMENT <br />PRACTICES (13MP5) PER WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY REQUIREMENTS. <br />3.
