I am the planner conducting the Planning review for this application; please note the following comments are not a thorough plan check review and they may only address larger zoning compliance points and the submittal checklist. Unfortunately, Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit submittal until the following has been addressed: • Dimensional information is required on the sign drawings per the Sign Permit Checklist: II. ELEVATION DRAWING REQUIREMENTS: • Freestanding signs: height, dimensions and sign area of all proposed and existing signs draw scale. • Wall signs: dimensions and facade area for the facade of the particular business or entity foi the sign permit is being applied. • Projecting signs: the dimensions of the sign, its projection from the building, and vertical cle above grade. 0 o Please revise the elevation drawings to include dimensional information about the square footage of the sign size and area of the facade. All but one sign exceeds 48sf, so it cannot be approved unless the building facade area is provided to demonstrate compliance with EMC 19.36.040. Please note that per Sign Category A regulations, any sign exceeding 48sf is limited to 15%of the area of the building facade up to a maximum of 300sf. Please include square footages of the sign areas in addition to the dimensional information. I've included a markup of the 15Y-review plans with the proposed sign areas in square feet. Resubmittal instructions are outlined here; please submit an online version of the revised documents/plans.
