I am the planner reviewing your proposal ensuring Unified <br />Development Code compliant. I have completed my reivew and approved your permit for <br />Planning however due to the proposal removing garage parking the two on -site parking spaces <br />on the driveway are the minimum required for the residential use which means staff for the <br />adult family home must live on -site. You do not have enough parking to provide staff who live <br />off premises.
