NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: The zoning of a portion of the parking lot for the property at 1825 Broadway <br /> Avenue, Everett, Washington which is legally described below is hereby amended to B-2 <br /> (Community Business): <br /> Plat of Everett Division `K', Block 363, Lots 17-18. <br /> Section 2: Any use of the property described in Section 1 inconsistent with the terms and <br /> conditions of the Resolution of Intent to Rezone and Exhibit A attached thereto, as specified in <br /> Resolution No. 4827, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br /> shall be considered a violation of the City of Everett Zoning Code, and shall be subject to the <br /> violation and enforcement provisions thereof. <br /> Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file a duly certified copy of this <br /> Ordinance with the attached Resolution with the Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Section 4: Severability. If any section, subsection, clause, phrase or any portion of this <br /> ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court <br /> of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions <br /> of this ordinance.
