Backlit signs with letters or graphics on a plastic sheet (cabinet signs) are prohibited within the MU <br /> zone in Metro Everett per EMC 19.36.040(C)(1)(a). Please update the sign type to conform. <br /> • Scale.The provided scale is not consistent with the dimensions on the site plan. Please update accordingly. <br /> • Facade. Wall signs are allowed a maximum size of 15%of the building fa4ade, up to a maximum of 100sf. Please <br /> provide the height and total square footage of each fagade. <br /> Resubmittal instructions for online applications are outlined here.
