Village By The Lake COA
820 Cady Road
Everett, WA, 98203
North Lake Electric LLC
2215 Park Ave
Snohomish, WA, 98290
206.407.8884
North LakeElectricLLC@gmail.com
Project Scope: Existing mailbox island lighting circuit was damaged. Unkown when or where.
Has been "fixed" a couple times. Unkown exactly how or where. At time of fixing new LED
lights and conduit were added; not to code.
Added LED light fixtures and conduit will be removed. Reverting back to original recessed
can lights still existing in mailbox island.
Mailbox island lighting switchleg will be re-ran and connected to its original circuit (Building
A Parking area lights) at closest parking area light.
Switchleg will be#10 THWN with intact EGC.
Raceway will be 1 inch PVC conduit, ran underground, at a depth of 24 inches under parking
area and drive.
Rising above grade in schedule 80 to terminate in existing parking area light Jbox. Protected
by 2 bollards.
Other end of raceway will rise above grade at mailbox island.
Public Works Permit for asphalt cut and repair has been applied for.
Load Changes: Existing circuit load is 4.1 amps. Addition of Ten 13watt LED bulbs to
existing can lights. New circuit load will be 5.2 Amps.
Association owned electrical service panel that circuit originates from was replaced and
passed inspection a couple weeks ago. Over current protection is new and up to code.
I'm happy to do a load calculation but given the circuit load capacity, circuit load, and that
this alteration isnt actually adding anything to the original circuit I thought it unneccesary.
If there is anything else you would like from me please let me know.
Thank you
John
