Anchorage Design
Anchorage for Equipment 1-3 and for Equipment 4-5 were designed separately.For each the
worst-case loading per RISA was conservatively used to design anchors for each equipment
group. DeWalt Design Assist was used for this analysis,see Appendix C for full reports.
Maximum loads for each load case were used as inputs for the DeWalt analysis,which
performed an envelope incorporating overstrength (independently of RISA envelope).
Equipment 1-3 Anchorage
no=2.0; Overstrength;
Per attached DeWalt analysis,5/8"Gr.55 threaded rods with 5" embed and DeWalt Pure 220+
epoxy(or equivalent) is adequate for all equipment. Install anchors at locations provided by
equipment manufacturer.
Equipment 4-5 Anchorage
no=2.0; Overstrength;
Per attached DeWalt analysis, 1"Gr.55 threaded rods with 5 3/4" embed and DeWalt Pure 220+
epoxy(or equivalent) is adequate for all equipment. Install anchors at locations provided by
equipment manufacturer.
1 --------------=
son Structural Engineers,Inc.
PSE project 2405-0007 date 2/25/2025
Peter
www.psengineers.com designer TJC sheet 17 of 46
PETERSON STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
