Sheet G-010 designates applicable codes as year 2021. This is acceptable. <br />2. Please submit a site plan showing property lines and distance of building to property lines. <br />3. Occupancy classification is proposed unchanged, however the floor plans are unclear. Please <br />indicate on the egress plan the areas designated as occupancy class proposed. For example, <br />areas proposed to be S-1 should be delineated and identified on sheet I100. Same for B and A <br />occupancy class. <br />4. Sheet I120, label all rooms, and identify all equipment, furniture, etc. as "Existing" as applicable. <br />5. Please identify ceiling area proposed to be modified if applicable. This can be a note on the <br />floor plan or an RCP. <br />6. Mechanical and Electrical plans show different layouts. Architecture plan should govern. Please <br />clarify. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
