City Comment: Sheet G-010 designates applicable codes as year 2021. This is acceptable. <br />Response: No Response required. <br />2. City Comment: Please submit a site plan showing property lines and distance of building to property lines. <br />Response: An existing site plan has been added to the set for reference. <br />3. City Comment: Occupancy classification is proposed unchanged, however the floor plans are <br />unclear. Please <br />indicate on the egress plan the areas designated as occupancy class proposed. For example, <br />areas proposed to be S-1 should be delineated and identified on sheet I100. Same for B and <br />A <br />occupancy class. <br />Response: Egress plans have been updated to show occupancies. One break room is being deleted, so <br />there is a minor change to the occupancy calculations, and all drawings have been revised to reflect this. <br />4. City Comment: Sheet I120, label all rooms, and identify all equipment, furniture, etc. as <br />"Existing" as applicable. <br />Response: All applicable "Existing" areas have been identified. <br />5. City Comment: Please identify ceiling area proposed to be modified if applicable.
