The focus of our <br />study was to evaluate the subsurface conditions at the location of the proposed excavation, <br />and provide recommendations for feasible excavation support alternatives, as well as <br />recommendations to adequately protect the existing structure adjacent to the proposed <br />excavation. <br />This study was performed in accordance with our mutually agreed scope of work as <br />outlined in our proposal dated September 21, 2022 and approved on October 10, 2022. Our <br />service scope included reviewing readily available geotechnical data as well as previous <br />explorations at the site provided to us by Bluestone Environmental NW, conducting a site <br />reconnaissance to observe surface conditions, observing one test pit exploration, and <br />developing the conclusions and recommendations presented in this report. <br />SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The subject property is located at 4849 Spire Lane in Everett, Washington.
