r <br />ENGINEERING <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />February 15, 2024 <br />Timothy Nichols <br />19515' North Creek Parkway <br />Bothell, WA 98011 <br />RE: Owner: Everett Community College <br />Job Address: 2000 Tower Street <br />Plan Check Number: E2402-085 <br />Dear Mr. McMullen, <br />In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been examined and you <br />are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. These <br />comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2020 National Electrical <br />Code,) (2020 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or <br />Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett; unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for.the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-46B- <br />900(3)(h) to allow a proper review of the project and effects on the electrical system. I do <br />not see any existing status of normal power, existing loads in panels or before and after <br />panels schedules with actual loads. Actual loads are required not just breaker ampacity. <br />Please resubmit complete drawings. Also include how the existing load is obtained, i.e. <br />WAC 296-46B-900(3)(j). <br />If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 259-7270. Upon submittal of the <br />drawings, your application will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence.
