This gutter contract is for the house only. Remove and dispose of the existing gutter system. Furnish and Install new Sin K-Style (Tear off existing: aluminum or plastic/vinyl), Fascia mounted seamless aluminum gutters in Selected color. All corners will be sealed using a performance-grade sealant. J Furnish and Install new downspouts in existing locations unless otherwise noted. The color of the downspouts will match the color of the gutters unless otherwise specified. V When existing downspouts and their fasteners are removed and replaced with new downspouts and fasteners, paint lines may become visible. Valentine Roofing will not perform any painting work as part of this agreement. Customer is responsible for the repair or replacement of any rot to soffit area. Valentine does not perform soffit repair work. The above gutter system options are to install new gutters and downspouts in same locations as the existing. Alterations to existing gutter/downspout configuration must be specified or charges may apply. J When existing gutters, downspouts and their fasteners are removed and replaced, paint lines and previous fastener penetrations, chips, or cracks may become visible. Valentine Roofing will not perform any painting, brick, or stucco work as part of this agreement. Warranty is void if any filter, cover, or guard is installed on this gutter system. Additional work performed will be at $95 per man hour plus materials, with 45% added to material costs.
