Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (if applicable). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> Architectural <br /> 1. The drawing shall be eligible. Some of the detail drawings are faded. Please provide clear <br /> drawing for review and please go through the printed drawing again before re-submit. <br /> Drawing might look good on screen, but blurry when print. <br /> 2. Please show accurate existing exterior wall footprint and existing door access to the decks. <br /> Also please note the elevation change if any, indoor vs outdoor. <br /> 3. Please add the joist cantilever depth, deck size, and all relevant dimensions on floor plan. <br /> 4. Please clarify which option is selected regarding ledger attachment for lateral loads. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
