Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (if applicable). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> General <br /> 1. This review is for compliance to the IRC. Owner is responsible for compliance with other <br /> AFH requirements. AFH Section R330 referenced herein refers to WAC-51-0330, part of <br /> WAC 51-51 State Building Code adoption and amendments. (WAC 51-51) <br /> 2. Historical photos shows accessory structures in the back yard. Please indicate if these are <br /> existing structures to remain or to be removed. If to remain, please show on the site plan <br /> and include horizontal dimensions, size and distance to property lines. Any structures larger <br /> than 200 square feet require a permit. Include this structure in your permit application if <br /> larger than 200 square feet. (IRC 105.2) <br /> 3. Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical permits are required. Provide information on existing furnace that indicates how current furnace meets current <br /> code (IRC 505) <br /> 4. Please show on the plans where the existing furnace exhaust exits the building, and that it <br /> is at least 10 feet away from any openings into the building (windows). <br /> 5. Furnace room on main floor. Please add a note indicating the interior of the room is <br /> completely sealed with 1/2" gyp bd on walls and ceiling interior of closet. It appears that some of the existing windows in proposed bedrooms do not meet the sill <br /> height requirement of maximum 44"AFF. Please confirm and add notes to floor plans, or <br /> provide windows that comply.
