Two complete sets of revised site plan, cloud all revised parts. <br /> Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application will be given priority and the review will <br /> recommence. <br /> General <br /> 1. SITE PLAN ONLY: Historical photos shows accessory structures in the back yard. Please <br /> indicate if these are existing structures to remain or to be removed. If to remain, please <br /> show on the site plan and include horizontal dimensions, size and distance to property lines. <br /> Any structures larger than 200 square feet require a permit. Include this structure in your <br /> permit application if larger than 200 square feet. (IRC 105.2) <br /> The response in your letter dated March 14 indicated that the structures were added to the site <br /> plans, however, they were not. Please add all of the information requested in item #1 above and <br /> resubmit. <br /> Corrections and comments made during the review process do not relieve the project from <br /> compliance with code and permit requirements.
