SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project Oak Bay Everett SP is located at 5109 Seahurst Ave, Everett, <br /> WA-98203. More generally, the site is located in Section 1, Township 28 North, and Range <br /> 4 East of the Willamette Meridian in the City of Everett, Washington. Please refer to the <br /> Vicinity Map attached later in the section. <br /> The site is currently developed with a single family home with a garage and an <br /> asphalt driveway from Seahurst Ave. The site contains two drainage basins. Basin-1 which <br /> encompasses the majority of the site slopes to the moderately to the west. Basin-2 slopes <br /> moderately to the east. Per Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County, the project site <br /> contains Alderwood soils that have a hydrologic classification of Type"C". Please refer to <br /> the soils map and descriptions attached later in this report for more details. <br /> The site area is 0.30 Acres. The proposal is to subdivide the existing lot into two <br /> and to construct a single family home on Lot-2 along with associated utilities. The existing <br /> home will remain on Lot-1. The access to the site will be from the Seahurst Ave. <br /> Minimum requirements 1-5 apply to the project because the project Lot's effective <br /> impervious area is 4,800 SF which is less than 5,000 SF. The developed site drainage will <br /> be discharged towards an existing drainage system along the Seahurst Ave to continue its <br /> natural drainage path. <br /> Insight Engineering Co. -Stormwater Site Plan 07/24/19 <br /> -3 - <br />
