SECTION II: SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance and the available topography we have the following info: <br /> Topography: The site is relatively flat that appears to slope towards Seahurst. Refer to <br /> the grading plan for more details. <br /> • Drainage: The site runoff drains to the Seahurst Ave. <br /> • Soils: Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood- <br /> Urban land complex, 8 to 15 percent slopes and Alderwood-Everett gravelly sandy <br /> loams, 25 to 70 percent slopes.
