The proposal is to subdivide the existing lot into two <br /> and to construct a single family home on Lot-2 along with associated utilities. The existing <br /> home will remain on Lot-1. The access to the site will be from the Seahurst Ave. <br /> Minimum requirements 1-5 apply to the project because the project Lot's effective <br /> impervious area is 4,800 SF which is less than 5,000 SF.
