Use this application to propose a new <br /> or remodeled building and site design meeting the design standards in the particular design zone <br /> the project is located. Use as directed by Planning staff only. <br /> Design zones include: BMU, E-1, MUO and Metro Everett Zones (UR, UM and ULI). <br /> 1) ❑ Fee See current Fee Schedule posted online. Fees are non- <br /> refundable and payable by cash, check or credit card upon <br /> application. <br /> 2) ❑ Land Use Application The Land Use Application must be filled out completely and <br /> signed by the owner, applicant, or primary contact. Submit one. <br /> 3) ❑ Site plan, building Provide 6 folded copies. If larger than 11" x 17", provide a reduce( <br /> elevations, landscape copy no larger than 11" x 17". Must be drawn in accordance with <br /> plan, survey, as the General Site Plan Checklist. Copies must be legible and drawn <br /> necessary to review the to scale.
