Building permit <br />B2409-096 has been issued. in accordance with Everett Municipal Code chapter 13.44, anew address is <br />assigned to the building on parcel number 00612000(1 <br />6315 W BEECH ST UNIT C <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />Numbers should be posted facing W BEECH ST. <br />Numbers shall conform to the ADDRESS NUMBERING F16URE SIZE TABLE, per EMC 16.03.050 tB1 <br />Address numbers and/or letters on the front of single-family home shall be a minimum offoor inches high. <br />Height -to -width ratio offlgures shall be approximately 211: 1 W, contrasting in color with their background <br />(block or white on glazing). ffassigned addresses cannot be viewedfrom a public way, address numbers <br />should also be posted at the road entrance on a pole, or sign, to clearly identify which driveway or roodway <br />serves the posted address. Owner to past numbers or letters for tenant suite and apartment doors on both <br />the Interior and exterior of the building, with a minimum figure size at least 4 inches high.
