October 29, 2025 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 3310 PAINE AVENUE PURCHASE <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to authorize the <br />purchase of the property located at 3310 Paine Avenue in Everett, approve the Purchase and <br />Sale Agreement, and authorize the Mayor and the Real Property Manager to sign documents <br />(including Purchase and Sale Agreement amendments that do not increase the purchase price) <br />and take actions as necessary to close the purchase transaction. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Fosse who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council meeting adjourned at 1:55 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Read and approved. <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br /> Council President
