If one of the fixtures includes a 3- <br /> compartment sink,then we will require plumbing plan review, according to our plumbing permit submittal <br /> checklist, linked here: https://www.everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/38667. If there was no 3-compartment <br /> sink affected by the work that was done,then no plan review is required and the permit can be approved same-day <br /> if we have all required information on the application. If plan review is required,we estimate about 1-2 weeks for <br /> review. <br /> Once the permit is approved, paid for, and issued,then an inspection is required. Most of the time, our plumbing <br /> inspectors are available the next business day, so you should not need to wait long for an inspection once the <br /> permit is obtained. <br /> Since the application lists the tenant as the contractor performing the work,we do require confirmation from the <br /> owner of the property, or their representative,that the tenant is allowed to perform the work described in the <br /> permit application.This confirmation can be an email or a typed letter on letterhead. <br /> hope this helps clarify our procedures.Thanks again for your patience. <br /> Category 2: For official use only/disclosure permissible by law. <br />
