Though, I cannot seem to find the word "sink" anywhere in the linked document, nor does does anything under the "plan review is required" line apply to the updates I have completed. We have no commercial kitchen, nor did we do any work on type I and type 11 hoods, medical gas piping and storage, and rectifying work without permits. "Plan review is required for commercial kitchens (new kitchen or new tenant), type I and type II hoods, medical gas piping and storage, and rectifying work without permits. Required documents: Construction plans (floor plans, menu, equipment list, industrial pre-treatment grease removal system and cut sheets. Please complete all fields in the online application.
