Though, I cannot seem to find the word "sink" anywhere in the linked <br /> document, nor does does anything under the "plan review is required" line apply to the <br /> updates I have completed. We have no commercial kitchen, nor did we do any work <br /> on type I and type 11 hoods, medical gas piping and storage, and rectifying work <br /> without permits. <br /> "Plan review is required for commercial kitchens (new kitchen or new tenant), type I <br /> and type II hoods, medical gas piping and storage, and rectifying work without permits. <br /> Required documents: Construction plans (floor plans, menu, equipment list, industrial <br /> pre-treatment grease removal system and cut sheets. Please complete all fields in the <br /> online application. Then upload the required documents in the Attachments section of <br /> the application." <br />
