Minimum Requirement#l: Preparation of Stormwater site plan
A Stormwater Site Plan/Building Site Plan has been prepared.
Minimum Requirement#2: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP)
SWPPP drawings and the required elements have been prepared and are a stand-alone
document from this report. The BMPs indicated on the plans will be implemented during
construction. Additional BMPs may be used on the site depending upon weather
conditions.
Minimum Requirement#3: Source Control of Pollution
During construction SWPPP BMPs will be implemented, based on SMMWW Volume IV,
Chapter 5,as shown on the SWPP plans. This project is not required to have source control
BMPs after construction is completed.
Minimum Requirement#4: Preservation of natural drainage and outfalls
The proposed site development is not expected to have off-site drainage impacts. This
project will disperse Stormwater runoff from the natural drainage location. On-site BMPs
will be used to mitigate potential erosion issues and control runoff. For more information
about BMP details and placement please refer to Section I of this report and Site Plans
associated with this project.
Minimum Requirement#5: On-site Stormwater Management
The proposed project triggers Minimum Requirements 1 through 9 and is located inside
the Urban Growth Area (UGA); therefore, the proposed project will use BMPs from List
#2 of SMMWW Volume I, Table I-3.2 to mitigate stormwater runoff.
BMPs for Lawn and Landscaped Areas:
• BMP T5.13:Post-Construction Soil Quality and Depth is feasible. Existing topsoil
will be stockpiled and used for final stabilization.
BMPs for Roofs:
• BMP T5.30: Full Dispersion is not feasible due the lack of 100 ft minimum flow
path.
• BMP T5.10A:Downspout Full Infiltration System is not feasible due to the shallow
depth to water table.
• BMP T730: Bioretention is not feasible due to the shallow depth to water table.
• BMP T5.l OB: Downspout Dispersion Systems is feasible. Stormwater runoff from
the proposed SFRs will use splash blocks.
