10-CONTROL DEWATERING <br /> For the proposed building, dewatering is not expected to be required. <br /> Best Management Practices (BMPs)to be used: <br /> • None Required <br /> 11-MAINTAIN BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES <br /> BMPs will be inspected and maintained after storms and during construction. <br /> Best Management Practices (BMPs)to be used: <br /> • BMP C 150: Materials on Hand <br /> 12-MANAGE THE PROJECT <br /> This SWPPP will be implemented at all times and will be modified whenever there is a <br /> significant change to the site conditions. The erosion control BMPs will be implemented <br /> in the following sequence: <br /> 1. Arrange and attend pre-construction meeting with the city. <br /> 2. Flag clearing limits as indicated and install SWPP measures. <br /> 3. Construct buildings and driveways. <br /> 4. Stabilize disturbed land surfaces. <br /> Best Management Practices (BMPs)to be used: <br /> • BMP C 150: Materials on Hand <br /> • BMP C 162: Scheduling <br /> 13-PROTECT LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT BMPS <br /> On-site stormwater BMPs, existing and proposed, will be protected at all times from <br /> siltation and compaction during construction. The approved plans have both construction <br /> sequencing and appropriate SWPPP BMPs to minimize the risk to stormwater BMPs. <br /> Best Management Practices (BMPs)to be used: <br /> • BMP C103: High Visibility Fence <br /> • BMP C233: Silt Fence <br />
