Scope of Work <br />Overview <br />Jessica Morse of Pacific Bloom Studio will deliver branding and graphic design services to <br />support the marketing and event production needs of Sorticulture 2026. <br />1. Brand Identity <br />Budget: Not to exceed $3,000 <br />• 4x6” Postcard (front and back; text provided by the City) <br />• 11x17” Poster <br />• Additional design elements required by the City of Everett for marketing <br />Payment Terms: Lump sum upon final approval and receipt of deliverables. <br />2. Graphic Design Services <br />Budget: Not to exceed $5,500 <br />• Graphic design services for all required event and marketing materials <br />• The City will provide a list of required deliverables <br />• A formal price quotation and timeline will be issued for each requested item before <br />work begins <br />Payment Terms: Monthly, based on completed items. <br />
