November 5, 2025 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Cedar Hall & <br />Recreation Building Demolition,” Fund 342, Program 055, to accumulate all costs for the <br />project <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2510-57. <br /> <br />Comments were provided by Council Members Rhyne, Zarlingo, and Vogeli. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> AYES: Fosse, Rhyne, Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4122-25 adopted. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – COPS FY2025 SAFER OUTCOMES GRANT <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to authorize the <br />Mayor, the Police Chief, and their designees to sign all necessary documents and agreements <br />with the U.S. DOJ Office of Community Oriented Policing Services regarding the acceptance and <br />utilization of the COPS FY2025 Safer Outcomes grant, in the amount of $500,000. <br /> <br />Captain Brett Yeadon, Police, provided an overview of the grant. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />The City Council recessed for an executive session at 9:43 p.m., began the executive session at <br />9:43 p.m. The executive session ended at 9:53 p.m. and Council reconvened at 9:53 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
