The appraised value is $850,000. Project summary statement: On September 24, 2025, City Council adopted Resolution 8215 setting a public hearing date of October 22, 2025, to hear and determine the petition for the remaining alleys in the block bounded by Rockefeller Avenue on the west, Oakes Avenue on the east, Pacific Avenue on the north, and 32nd Street on the south. After holding the public hearing and receiving public comments, City Council determined that the public interest would best be served by granting the petition and vacating the alley rights-of-way. The proposed Ordinance provides for said vacation.
