The design and construction phases of this project were completed at a cost of $913,552 with a remaining balance transfer of $451,448 for total costs of $1,365,000. Project summary statement: This project improved water quality in North Creek through the installation of a water quality treatment device on 3rd Avenue SE north of Everett Mall Way. The device treats runoff from approximately 45 acres. The project has been completed, all necessary replacements and upgrades have been installed.
