The department received an additional $35,557 in federal grants for a total of $519,645, and only $1,374,211 in local funds were transferred into the project. Total revenues allocated for the project is $1,893,856. The project was completed at a cost of $1,672,550 and a balance transfer to Fund 119 – Street Improvements Fund in the amount of $221,306. Total expenses for the project inclusive of the transfer out is $1,893,856. Project summary statement: This project overlayed the principal arterial of Broadway Avenue from 41st Street to Hewitt Avenue.
