Screen Printing NW
2526 Colby Ave.
Everett, WA 98201
November 6, 2025
To Everett City Council Members,
On behalf of Screen Printing NW, we are writing in support of the Downtown
Improvement District (DID) renewal.
The DID has provided an invaluable service to keep our downtown clean, safe, and inviting
for nearly 30 years. As a local business, we pool our resources to fund the Downtown
Improvement District and find great value in its programs. The ongoing cleaning of
sidewalks, removal of graffiti, and daily maintenance of public spaces are not only vital to
business success but also to the pride and engagement of our community.
We truly appreciate the many efforts made by the DID on behalf of downtown businesses
— from sidewalk and curb cleaning to graffiti removal, community events, and the
promotion of local commerce. These services create an environment where small
businesses like ours can thrive.
The DID is essential for helping small businesses, property owners, and nonprofits survive
and grow. It has proven to be a worthwhile investment in our city’s vitality and deserves
continued support for renewal. Screen Printing NW remains proud to contribute to the DID
and is committed to supporting its ongoing work in improving Downtown Everett.
Sincerely,
Taylor Baehm & Jerry Barhanovich
Owners
Screen Printing NW
