All <br />gifts to the city in excess of $10,000 must be approved by city council. Pursuant to EMC <br />2.105.020(B), the Mayor is authorized to conditionally accept this gift, and council shall, by <br />motion, approve or reject the mayor’s acceptance. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Approve the Mayor’s acceptance of a donation from SpotOn Gives totaling $20,000, into the <br />Fund for the Animals. <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
