Consor will work with City Staff, including the IT department, to deploy the
software to City computing systems, for use by City CIP project managers. Capabilities
include scheduling, cost estimating, scoring and ranking over multiple priority categories
as well as custom fields and templates. The program is also integrated with GIS to
provide project location information.
The planning software database allows for expansion to other types of CIP projects
including water, surface water, treatment facilities etc. This software will replace the
City’s current legacy system of shared files (MS Word, Excel) to track and plan Utility CIP
projects.
This Professional Services Agreement (PSA) includes services to assist the City in
deployment of the software and 3-years of on-call technical support.

Recommendation (exact action requested of Council):
Authorize the Mayor to sign the PSA with Consor North America, Inc. in the amount of
$184,196.
