  <br />Consor • September 2025 • CIP Tool Support • City of Everett, WA  <br />Scope of Services • 5  <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Proposed Project Schedule <br />Consor is prepared to start work immediately to assist the City. The services to be provided for  <br />this project shall commence upon the City’s request for assistance and authorization to proceed.  <br />The project duration is assumed to be 36 months after Notice to Proceed.  <br />Extension <br />The City has an option to extend the Contract Term by one (1) year. The City may exercise this option by  <br />PSA amendment no later than the end of the Contract Term.
