111) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ffiM <br /> An ordinance providing for the transfer of $2277.85 from <br /> the contingent Fund to the Miscellaneous Fund, and authorizing the <br /> mayor and city clerk to issue a warrant to Diking District No. 1 of <br /> Snohomish County, Washington, in the sum of $2277.85 in payment of <br /> assessments made against the city of Everett by said district, and <br /> declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF J V R TT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the following transfer of funds from the <br /> Contingent Fund for the purpose of paying the assessments due from <br /> the city of Everett to Diking District No. 1, Snohomish. County, Wash- <br /> ington, be, and the same is hereby authorized and directed to be made <br /> to the Miscellaneous Fund, to-wit: the sum of $2277.85. <br /> Section 2: That the city clerk and city treasurer be, <br /> and they are hereby authorized and directed to make all such records <br /> and entries necessary to effect such transfer. <br /> Section 3: That the mayor and city clerk be , and they are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant to Diking District <br /> No. 1, Snohomish County, Washington, on the Miscellaneous Fund, in <br /> the sum of $2277.85, in payment of all assessments and interest due <br /> by the city of Everett to said Diking District. <br /> Section 4: WHEREAS, the above amount is due from the <br /> city of Everett to the said Diking Distri;;t No. 1, Snohomish County, <br /> Washington, and it is necessary that said amount be paid immediately, <br /> and emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take <br /> effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Passed <br /> Attest o�jQ_31--.-A- <br /> City C erk. <br /> Published SF ` 2 191b <br />
