Pr <br /> } • <br /> ~ r` r .• <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An ordinance granting to the Standard 0i1 Company, a <br /> corporation, a permit to locate, erect, operate and maintain a ware- <br /> house or tankage, or both, and other necessary buildings , on a certain <br /> tract of land in the city of rverett described as follows: Lot 1, block <br /> 619, Plat of Everett, at the corner of Everett Avenue and Federal <br /> Street, for the storage and distribution of petroleum and its products, <br /> and other kinds of merchandise , by said company, and declaring an <br /> emergency. <br /> THr; CITY OF EVERATT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the standard Oil Company, a corporation, be <br /> and it is hereby granted permission to locate, erect, operate and <br /> maintain a warehouse or tnkage, or both, and other necessary build- <br /> ings, upon that certain tract of land in the city of Everett described <br /> as follows: Lot 1, block 619, Plat of Everett, at the corner of <br /> Everett Avenue and Federal Street, for the storage and distribution <br /> of petroleum and its products, and other kinds of merchandise handled <br /> by said company, said warehouse, tankage and buildings to be constructed <br /> in accordance with the plans and specifidations therefor filed by <br /> said company with the city clerk of the city of Everett and now on <br /> file in the office of said clerk. <br /> Section 2: WKERAAS, it is desirous to begin the construc- <br /> tion of said warehouse, tankage and buildings itmediately, an emergency <br /> is declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its <br /> passage and publication. f <br /> (/)Ag <br /> ma ,or. <br /> Passed <br /> AUG 1915 <br /> Attest <br /> City Cie k. <br /> Published AUG 2 195. <br />
